'Ardent' (1796)
Scale: 1:48. Plan showing the quarterdeck and forecastle for 'Ardent' (1796), a 64-gun Third Rate, two-decker, describing the fore and aft bolt in the hanging and lodging knees. Those in black ink are well drove and clenched; those in red ink are short and drove from each side of the beam. Four of these are partly worked out, and marked 'A'; those in green ink are new, the originals having worked themselves out.
