We understand that this winter will be challenging for many due to the rise in the cost of living. In response we welcome our local community to come into the National Maritime Museum, get comfortable, stay warm and use the Museum’s free facilities.

Voyagers Gallery, on the ground floor near the café, offers a warm, comfortable and welcoming space for visitors to sit. There is a range of children's books in multiple languages, art materials, information about local support services and free Wi-Fi.

Download a Museum floor plan to help you find the Voyagers Gallery, or simply ask a member of staff for directions when you arrive:

The National Maritime Museum is free to visit from 10am-5pm every day, and visitors are welcome to explore all our galleries while they're here. We also run a regular programme of free on-site activities: check our events pages for full details.

The Royal Borough of Greenwich website has a full list of all Warm Spaces in the council area.
