Craft your own marble runs inspired by the navigational stick charts of the Marshall Islands. Explore the creativity and ingenuity of Marshallese master navigators as you navigate your own mazes using paper plates and straws.
Monday 27 May
An interactive musical storytelling session about the life and inventions of Britain's most famous 19th century engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel! The musical story will feature some of Brunel's greatest maritime engineering feats.
Tuesday 28 May
From Easter Island to Stonehenge, learn about the use of stone structures around the world and make your own monumental megalith sculpture to take home.
Wednesday 29 May
Find out about climate-friendly construction in the Sahara Desert, crafting your own structures inspired by Saharan buildings made from natural materials. Using air dry clay, discover creative ways to build eco-friendly structures inspired by those found in the region.

Learn about the ingenuity of Inuit technology at our family workshop, where you'll craft traditional snow goggles designed to navigate the polar climate. Explore the rich heritage of the Inuit people as you discover their innovative solutions for navigating extreme environments.
