In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

There were some time since delivered to your Board from the Officers of the two Marine Regiments, Lists of their respective Company's, and we direct you to cause the Lists to be Cast, and the Captains to be paid the Wages due to their Men for the year 1695.
His Majesty has signified to us that these Regiments shall be recruited to their full Number, for which we have given Orders to the respective Colonels.
We direct you to cause them to be supplied with forty shillings a Man for so many Men as needed to complete their Company, enabling them to procure Men, who shall be allowed subsistence from the time it shall appear to you by Certificate from one of HM Justices of the Peace, they Listed themselves, to the first of May next, when they are to be put on board the Fleet.
