Cruise Log for the expedition through the northwest passage aboard the KAPITAN DRANITSKYN 20 July to 5 August 1996 (2 copies). Compiled by John Splettstoesser, with assistance from naturalists. Bird and Animal Lists compiled by Megan McOsker. Plant Lists compiled by Norm Lasca and Sue McCarthy.
List of staff and crew; a day by day log of transport and location, respective weather conditions, activities undertaken, and which plants, birds and animals were sighted each day; Appendices: Image of an icebreaker, map of the route; table of flora and locations of growth; KAPITAN DRANITSYN daily run sheet (position of ship at 0800 and 2000 hours, distance covered).
(1) has a clear beige plastic cover, and is bound in a more permanent way than (2), which is in a clip file. (2) white A4 copy, double sided version of (1).
