In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

An instruction addressed to Robert Hawkins, Master of the ROE Ketch, in which it is stated that in the event that his ship is not in a condition to sail he is to make his way to (unstated) to sail with the first convoy to England and to submit an account to the Admiralty of his arrival. It adds that for as long as Hawkins stays at (place unstated) he is to obey the Orders of Sir Edmond Andrews who is aboard the BREDAH at Point Comfort.
