In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Enclosure: Copy of a letter from Colonel Gibson in which he relates that upon arrival in Newfoundland he received Provisions from the SUSSEX Hagboat and that the Purser had been replaced by a Mr Billing who has not returned the necessary lists to the Navy Office enabling his Officers to be paid their short allowance money. Gibson informs that so far as he is aware Billing is now Steward to Captain Beaumont of the RESOLUTION.
