Enclosure: Petition of Captain Thomas Smith late Commander of the DUNWICH in which he states that when Commander of the WILD Prize at Antigua he victualed the ship and paid his Men their short allowance money. In addition to the detail given Smith asks for the stop placed on his wages in the DUNWICH and for re-imbursement of his outlay concerning the WILD.
