In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Our men are in great want of clothes and we do not have slops for them, so that we must be forced, before the RAMES comes, to advance them some of their wages to buy them. They have also desired me to write to their Lordships that they will be pleased to order them a year's pay. Signed Jonathan Gauden.
