Diary of Laurence Richard Oliphant, 1915.
Letter book for officers (S.469 book) containing a diary kept by Laurence Richard Oliphant, with the rank of commander and then captain, in command of the depot ship HMS LEANDER (1882), with the Grand Fleet at Scapa Flow, 24 January 1915 to 9 July 1915. Some naval signals, Admiralty announcements and newspaper cuttings from later dates (including the Battle of Jutland) are included.
