In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Enclosure: Petition of Edward Randolph in which he states that he bought masts and bowsprits in New England, paid for them and had them shipped to England where they have been delivered to Stores at Chatham and Portsmouth. He now explains that as he is unable to provide proof that he paid for the goods due to having been taken prisoner in Boston and denied access to his records, he is unable to obtain reimbursement. [No date recorded].
