Letters from Louis Mountbatten to Lecky.
Two letters to Lecky from Louis Mountbatten, about financing the publication of 'The King's Ships'. In the letters he states that he is unable to fund the publication himself but he offers to pay for circularising people to create a subscription list, and also suggests Sir James Caird as a benefactor.
