We have directed that £15,000 be issued to the Treasurer of the Navy out of the second 12 months ayed, being part of the £1 million granted for the use of the Navy and Ordnance. You are directed to have the £15,000 applied to the payment of officers and seamen for which your Treasury warrant is dated 23 April 1692.
