In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

Valuation of the TARTAN Captain [Humble] Commander stating that the ship's age is unknown. A value is set against the various parts of the ship, its equipment and armaments. The length of keel, breadth, and tunnage are also stated as well as the actual number of Men on board at the time of the appraisal.
