A letter from Jervis to Lord Shelburne containing a series of articles one of which refers to the series of charges against Admiral Matthews, Admiral Lestock and Captain Temple relating to their conduct in the action off Toulon, between his Majesty's Fleet, under the Command of Admiral Mathews, and the combined Fleet of France and Spain.
