We have this day directed the sum of ten thousand four hundred and fifty five pounds six shillings to be issued at the Exchequer to the Navy Treasurer out of loans on the second months Aid, being in further part of a million appropriated by Act of Parliament for granting of the said Aid to the uses of the Navy and Ordnance.
We direct you to cause this sum to be issued paid and applied for the payment of Officers and Seamen, (£5000) and for Victualling (£5455:6:0). Signed by Sidney Godolphin, Richard Hampden, and Charles Montague, Treasury Officers.
