Court Martial held on board the NEPTUNE, George Rooke, Vice Admiral of the Blue present. Captain Robert Arthur, late Commander of the MARY, was accused of embezzlement of their Majesties' stores of the ship in December 1691 at Barbados, West Indies, under 24th Article of the Court.
