A letter from Mr Eldred to Evan Nepean on the French town of Morlaix.
A letter from Thomas Eldred on the French town of Morlaix which he describes as a general with but one small Privateer Brig that was not sea worthy and a small 10 gun cutter which was afraid to leave port due to the British cruiser. He notes that most of the stores at Brest for the fleet are brought in by land and he will pass on any other information he comes across on his voyage to Spain.
