A letter from Mr William O'Brian to Andrew Snape Hamond, the Comptroller of the Navy organising a meeting. Also a letter about conducting suspicous business. O'brain warns not to load in England incase of an inquest but in Holland or such port. He is happy to carry on with the expendition paid for by the King as long as it also benefits his Native Country (America)
