In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The hoy has gone to Portsmouth, but the stores are not yet ready, so that we shall not launch next spring. The cabin and forecastle beams are laid and we are not quite caulked, but we should have been ready had we not been delayed for rigging. Signed by Mr Joseph Fugur, Shipbuilder. [letter to Captain Anderson]
