An Estimate of the Charge of erecting an additional Buiding of 21 foot by 27 square upon the ground to the corner of the house where the office of the Treasury of the Navy in Broad Street is now kept, for enlarging the accomodation thereof, it beingto consist of one room upon the Ground and two clear stories over it, necessary to be presently added to the said house for the present service of the said Office.
