Contains two photographs of Glory England, an original textile pouch, and a pressed clover. Her medical notes were inserted into the book, and show that she received treatment in the following establishments or ships: HMS VICTORY, FALCON, DAUNTLESS, CONDOR, COLLINGWOOD and EXCELLENT between 1953 and 1967. The inside of the front cover is stamped Dec 1956 HMS VERNON.
