"Elements of Navigation" by F.W.Horne, 1819. This manuscript volume, a copy of J. Robertson's 'Elements of Navigation' first published in 1754, formed part of the course at the Royal Mathematical School, Christ's Hospital, and every boy was expected to produce a copy as part of their navigational exercises.
