HM was attended by us about the Principal Officers and Commissioners of his Navy, and he signified that the Officer employed as Commissioner of the Deptford and Woolwich Yards ( which by Patent from the late King James was officiated by Mr. Balthazar St. Michell) should cease and be discontinued.
