Enclosure: Copy of a letter from Thomas Peach at Tower Place Woolwich in which he reports that lighters took a week to retrieve the ROYAL CHARLES guns, blaming various causes for delay, including being hindered by quantities of clapboard and ballast still on board. Signed by Thomas Peach, Woolwich Official.
