Our Orders to you on 24th August last directed you to cause three months Dry victuals to be provided for the Fleet under the command of Admiral Russell.
We direct you to order the Victualling Commissioners to hire Ships to carry the victuals to the Straights, and deliver them either at Cadiz or attend the Fleet with them according to the Admiral's direction.
