In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Edward Crisp late Purser of the JAMES galley, is to be appointed Purser of the KINGFISHER in place of the former removed. You are directed to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant as is proper. His warrant is to be dated 16 January 1695.
