On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Falmouth (1959) alongside the Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd fitting out berth at Wallsend on the River Tyne between 1 and 25 July 1961. The photographer is in the C.P.O's. Mess between 16 and 21½ stations on the starboard side of 2 deck looking forward from 19 station showing the port side of the sleeping area fitted with two bunk settees, a Thermotank air conditioning unit, kit lockers, an electric fire and a letter rack. A vertical format negative.
