On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Falmouth (1959) alongside the Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd fitting out berth at Wallsend on the River Tyne between 1 and 25 July 1961. The photographer is in the torpedo pistol and maintenance room between 46 and 48 stations on the centreline of 1 deck looking to starboard showing boiler room supply vents on the left. A workbench equipped with a Record 83 vice and with a cupboard above is against the aft bulkhead. A junction box, transformer and fuse panel are also against the aft bulkhead. A fuse panel and cable holder are against the starboard bulkhead. A vertical format negative.
