This copy (the other is ADT0865) has the annotation on the cover 'This copy has been mutilated. Clause 28 and relevant list of items to be supplied by Admiralty being enclosed with N.S.O. 220/38 for information of High Commissioner, Canada house'. Clause 26 has been cut out of the specification. The specification therefore, also relates to Comox (1938), Fundy (1938), Gaspe (1938), and Nookta (1938), all RCN versions of the Basset class.
