A fourth, clearly named Gypsy, is upside down to the left. Each of the gigs in the foreground has seven rowing thwarts. Between them is a small punt, with a larger one on the left seen from astern. Among other boats in this crowded harbour scene, the starboard side of a beamy fishing boat forms the right-hand border of the image, with a wooden net winch fixed to its bulwark.
