Aux. barge Shamrock of Plymouth at Falmouth
The Tamar sailing barge Shamrock is seen at a distance of some 150ft, seemingly at anchor, off Falmouth, with sails stowed and iron tiller made fast. The view of the starboard stern quarter indicates that the Shamrock is laden. The captain or a crewman is standing in the bow of the barge's tender holding what looks like the tender's painter, as if about to cast off and row ashore.
