A deck view on board a passenger steamer, possibly a cross channel vessel.

Looking aft along the port side of the upper of a passenger vessel deck during a voyage. The passengers on board are well wrapped up in heavy overcoats. The vessel is probably single funnelled and the funnel is sitting on a substantial berthing. A large ventilator is just ahead of the port side of the funnel.
