'Entrance to the Bosphorus from the Black Sea'
Mounted in album with PAI4871-PAI4879.; No.10. Titled right at the bottom of the sheet in pencil, as above, in the sloping hand that appears in two or three other drawings. The more prevalent 'round' hand which has generally done the annotations has added 'The Genoese castle' under the bottom edge of the image to identify it. The Black Sea is to the right, so the view is from the south side of the Bosphorus.
