General terms and conditions  

This promotion is open to UK residents aged 16 or over, excluding employees of the Promoters, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request.   

To enter the competition participants must follow @royalmuseumsgreenwich @intercontheo2 and @national.rail on Instagram, and comment on the competition post tagging a friend (via their handle on Instagram).   

The competition launches at 12.00 (midday) on Thursday 30 November 2023 and closes at 20.00 on Thursday 7 December 2023. All comments must have taken place before 20.00 on Thursday 7 December 2023 in order to be entered into the competition.   

The Prize consists of:   

  • Two tickets to the Queen’s House Ice Rink, part of Royal Museums Greenwich 

  • Festive Afternoon Tea accompanied by free-flowing 1.5 hours Lanson Brut Champagne Experience for 2 at InterContinental London – The O2 

  • Two Railcards from railcard.co.uk, saving you and a friend 1/3 on train travel across Great Britain for a whole year. 

Individuals can only enter the competition once.  

The prize does not include anything other than that specifically mentioned above and there is no cash alternative.  

Internet access required. Entrants must have a registered Instagram account to enter. No purchase necessary.  

No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted from personal Instagram accounts. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.  

Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.  

A panel of Royal Museums Greenwich staff will randomly select one competition winner from the qualifying entries at the close of the Promotion Period. The decision of the judges is final.  

The winner will be announced on the Instagram stories of @royalmuseumsgreenwich and contacted on Instagram via Direct Message on Friday 8 December 2023 with details of the Prize. If the winner does not respond within a week of receiving the message, then an alternate winner will be selected.  

By accepting the prize, the winner accepts that their name and further details will be shared with Royal Museums Greenwich in order to issue tickets for the ice rink.

Queen’s House Ice Rink: Terms and Conditions  

The two Queen’s House Ice Rink tickets are redeemable between 9 December 2023 and 7 January 2024. The ice rink is closed on 25 December.

Festive Afternoon Tea at InterContinental London – The O2: Terms and conditions 

Festive Afternoon Tea accompanied by free-flowing 1.5 hours Lanson Brut Champagne Experience for 2.  

Available from 5 December 2023 until 8 January 2024; to redeem this prize booking must be made in the available dates. 

Afternoon Tea is served daily from 12:00 pm – 5 pm (last seating: 4:30 pm). 

Please note that menu items are subject to change based on availability and at the culinary team's discretion. We reserve the right to alter prices and menu content due to fluctuating conditions. 

For the Champagne packages, you may order one drink per person at a time. Drinking to excess will not be permitted and participants are required to drink responsibly at all times www.drinkaware.co.uk.

The Prize consists of two x one-year Railcards.
