The Queen’s House Ice Rink Instagram Competition 

General terms and conditions 

  • This promotion is open to UK residents aged 16 or over, excluding employees of the Promoters, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request.  

  • To enter the competition participants must follow @royalmuseumsgreenwich, @benguouk and @thamesclippers on Instagram, and comment on the competition post tagging a friend (via their handle on Instagram).   

  • The competition launches on Thursday 26 October and closes at 8pm on Thursday 2 November 2023. All comments must have taken place before 8pm on 2 November 2023 in order to be entered into the competition.  

  • The prize comprises:  

    • Four tickets to the Queen’s House Ice Rink, part of Royal Museums Greenwich (Park Row, London, SE10 9NF).   
    • Four tickets to Cutty Sark, part of Royal Museums Greenwich (Park Row, London, SE10 9NF).   
    • A £50 Benugo voucher which can be used in any Benugo location, including the Ice Rink Café. 
    • A Family River Roamer ticket which is valid for unlimited all-day travel on board Uber Boat by Thames Clippers services, for two adults and up to three children (15 to 15 years old). Children 4 and under travel free.   

  • Individuals can only enter the competition once. 

  • The prize does not include anything other than that specifically mentioned above and there is no cash alternative. 

  • Internet access required. Entrants must have a registered Instagram account to enter. No purchase necessary. 

  • No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted from personal Instagram accounts. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions. 

  • Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. 

  • A panel of Royal Museums Greenwich staff will randomly select one competition winner from the qualifying entries at the close of the Promotion Period. The decision of the judges is final. 

  • The winner will be ​announced on the Instagram stories of @royalmuseumsgreenwich and contacted on Instagram via Direct Message after 2 November 2023 with details of the Prize. If the winner does not respond ​within a week of receiving the message, then an alternate winner will be selected. 

  • By accepting the prize, the winner accepts that their name and further details will be shared with Royal Museums Greenwich in order to issue tickets for the ice rink. 

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You are providing information to the Promoter and not to Instagram. 

  • By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. All entry instructions form part of the rules. 

 

Queen’s House Ice Rink: Terms and Conditions 

  • The four Queen’s House Ice Rink tickets are redeemable between 23 November 2023 and 7 January 2024. The ice rink is closed on 25 December.

Cutty Sark: Terms and Conditions

  • The four Cutty Sark tickets must be redeemed by 31 March 2024.  

  • Tickets are available daily, 10am-5pm.  

  • Promoter: Royal Museums Greenwich, National Maritime Museum, Greenwich, London SE10 9NF. (Please do not send entries to this address).  

Benugo: Terms and Conditions 

  • The value of the Benugo gift card is £50. 

  • The Benugo gift card can be used at any Benugo location.

  • The gift card must be redeemed by 31 January 2024. 

Uber Boat by Thames Clippers: Terms and Conditions  

  • A Family River Roamer is valid for unlimited all-day travel on board Uber Boat by Thames Clippers services, for two adults and up to three children (15 to 15 years old). Children 4 and under travel free.   

  • The Family River Roamer gift voucher must be redeemed within 12 months.  

  • Ticket is only valid to board timetabled services and excludes special sailings such as The O2 Post-show and the Illuminated River Boat Tour. 

  • Uber Boat by Thames Clippers services do not run on 25 and 26 December.
