Journal of RMS MAURETANIA and a ship not named, Southampton to New York and San Francisco - South America and back to Ipswich, (26 March 1919 - 23 October 1919). Includes a visit to Pitcairn Island 9 June 1919 with the retelling of the Bounty Mutiny with photographs and newspaper clippings through out.

Administrative / biographical background
The MEDWAY was a four masted barque, prevouisly called AMA BEGNAKOA, in 1910 it was purchased from Sota y Aznar, Montevideo and renamed MEDWAY and used as training ship by Devitt and Moore Ocean Training Ship Limited. In 1918 it was sold to Anglo-Saxon Petroleum Co., converted to steam tanker and renamed Myr Shell then scrapped in 1933.
