Reports on the deputation of The Navy League at the House of Commons, 1895.

(1) Letter from Coghlan M. McHardy to the secretary of The Navy League, sent from 1 Grenville Place, Cromwell Road, London, dated 16 May 1895. It encloses a handwritten report on the deputation of The Navy League who met with Sir Charles W. Dilke and Hugh O. Arnold-Forster on the previous day to discuss the formation of a voluntary naval committee among members of the House of Commons. McHardy also suggests appropriate wording to be entered into meeting agendas for the Executive Committee and Parliamentary Committee.
