Papers relating to George Ambrose Lloyd, first Baron Lloyd, president of The Navy League between 1930 and 1941:

(1) Letter from Winston Churchill, first lord of the Admiralty, to Lord Lloyd of Dolobran, with a negative response to his arguments made for an increase in the capitation grant for the Sea Cadet Corps. Sent from Whitehall and dated 26 November 1939.
(2) Press cuttings reporting on the fund set up in memory of Lord Lloyd of Dolobran after his death in 1941 and the taking over of the training and organisation of the Sea Cadet Corps by the Admiralty in 1942.
