A draft report on the stranding of the Royal Indian Marine Service vessel LADY CRADDOCK during a cyclone off Kyauknimaw, Ramree Island, on 17 October 1926. The typescript (9 pages) was probably made by the commanding officer Lieutenant-Commander George Malcolmson Osborne-Smith.

There is also a letter from Captain Edward J. Headlam, Director, Royal Indian Marine Service, mentioning the high order of seamanship shown by the crew during the events; and a mounted portrait photograph of an officer in uniform (Osborne-Smith?) by Wakefields Ltd., Chiswick.
