Norris Castle, Isle of Wight, 1804

No. 10 of 30 (PAH3772 - PAH3801)

Norris Castle was built in 1790 to the designs of James Wyatt. It stands on the site of East Cowes Castle on the north east point of East Cowes. It is possible that Schetky made this drawing while at sea probably on board a yacht.

The drawing is inscribed in the upper right 'Norris Castle – Isle of Wight/1804'.
