First Class dinner menu from TITANIC for 14 Apr 1912, Copy of the log abstract of CARPATHIA and a Dominion Day Dinner menu from SS CEDRIC dated 1 Jul 1911

The TITANIC First Class dinner menu was given to Spencer Victor Silverthorne by a fellow passenger who dined with him that evening. The copy of the log abstract of CARPATHIA was kept as a souvenir by Silverthorne.

Administrative / biographical background
Spencer Victor Silverthorne (1876-1964) was a Canadian First Class Passenger, on the TITANIC, who had been on a buying trip to Europe for Nugent's Department Store of St Louis.
