Laminated reproduction of the menu of the first meal served on board TITANIC
Includes a handwritten notation by Firth Officer Harold Lowe at the bottom "the first meal ever served on board".

The meal was served to officers and crew, in the main dining saloon, on the first day of sea trials. The original belonged to Fifth Officer Harold Lowe (1882-1944), one of the four of the ship's officers to survive the disaster.
