'Iceberg'
Mounted with ZBA4886 and ZBA4887 on page 19 of Fanshawe's West Indies, North American and Borneo scrapbook (ZBA4855).
Lithograph depicting an iceberg with a ship - probably a naval sloop or similar vessel - close to it on the right. Where Fanshawe may have seen this as C-in-C North America and West Indies (1870-73) is uncertain since he was based in Haifax N.S., only in summer, his flagship being the ironclad steamship 'Royal Alfred'. See summary of his movements during this commission with ZBA4856. [PvdM 2/11]
