'Rivière de Loup' [Quebec]
Mounted with ZBA4888 and ZBA4889 on page 20 of Fanshawe's West Indies, North American and Borneo scrapbook (ZBA4855).
Lithograph depicting a view up a wooded river. This is presumably the location of what is now Rivière-du-Loup, a town on the south shore of the lower St Lawrence River in Quebec, Canada. See summary of Fanshawe's known American movements with ZBA4856: he took his flagship 'Royal Alfred' to Quebec one summer while C-in-C North America and West Indies, and toured the area, but the exact date remains to be clarified.
