Uncatalogued: Xerox copies of letters from he Deptford Yard to the Navy Board concerning the ENDEAVOUR.

Xerox copies of letters from the Deptford Yard to the Navy Board dated 1768 and 1769 concerning the ENDEAVOUR. Xeroxes originated from the Public Record Office. Four pages of letters - the collection is contiguous with different letters following one and other on the same page. The contents of these letters also include other ships, such as the EARL OF PEMBROKE, and are mostly concerned with updating (referred to within the letters as "acquainting") the Navy Board on matters of import. The final letter for example informs that the ENDEAVOUR will be ready to take men the next week.
