Uncatalogued: Documents, plans and photographs relating to the anti submarine defences on the east coast during the First World War.

Collection includes: a parcel titled J.F. Duthe, Photographic dealer, containing a number of A5 sized photographs. This is accompanied by a further 11 envelopes containing similar photographs. On the front of a number of these envelopes is an overview of what is contained within, although some are simply labelled "loose prints". In addition to these photographs, there are also a number of documents summarising the composition of Haile Sand Fort, Bull Sand Fort and a longer, bound work proposing defences against torpedo attacks in deep water. As well as outlining this problem, the proposal also includes fold out diagrams illustrating the planned netting, geographic situation of said nets and a cross section of the submerged netting system as a whole.
