Service papers and ephemera of Lieutenant-Commander Grant Benjamin Chambers (1886-1962), Royal Navy, including certificates for his Mention in Despatches by the Vice-Admiral commanding the Eastern Mediterranean Squadron in May 1916 and two colour certificates relating to the cruiser HMS SUFFOLK (1926) on the China station, circa 1937-1939. Also papers relating to Major Richard Gilbert (1893-1976), quartermaster in the Royal Marines, with a printed Royal Marines Pocket Book, 1915.
