Letter to Lady Arden, 21 July 1809.
Letter from George to his mother Lady Arden. Collingwood has told Hallowell that the Toulon fleet has removed to the outer roads, and so they are in expectation of an action, to relieve the boredom of cruising. Their rations are bad, as they have no fresh meat. Dated HM ship TIGRE, off Toulon, 21 July 1809.
