Letter dated 23rd Janaunary 1801 concerning Mr John Crosley going out as Astronomer for the Board of Longitude in the INVESTIGATOR, on the voyage of discovery; he is willing to do so if accommodation can be guaranteed to be comfortable having had a bad past experience on Captain Broughton’s ship.
